Julie’s upbeat personality comes out immediately when she is asked why she started her own business. Her immediate reply is, “Because I’m nuts!” Of course, she is just kidding. In all seriousness, she is a seasoned business owner, founding Las Vegas-based TimeWise Concierge, a division of TimeWise, Inc., in 2002. Over the years her concierge company has worked with hundreds of homeowners keeping eyes and ears on their vacation and second homes and providing lifestyle management services for busy people.
With all the disasters happening, she feels this is a necessary document to have. One of the main reasons people don’t have an inventory of their home or business contents is because they don’t have the time to approach this project. Learning this, Julie realized that providing home and business inventory services ties in seamlessly with the home & lifestyle management services TimeWise already offers. Meeting this need, she added the division TimeWise Inventory Services, which is based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Prior to her move to Virginia in 2009, she lived in Las Vegas for 23 years. Julie is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Virginia. She has achieved the designations of Certified Concierge from the National Concierge Association, Certified Inventory Specialist (CIS) and Certified Appraisal Examiner (CAE) from the National Inventory Certification Association.
In addition to home and business contents inventory services for disaster preparedness and recovery, Julie also offers residential documentation services for collectibles, separation of assets, prenuptials, and estates. Small business inventory services include disaster preparedness and recovery, asset tracking, budgeting, preventing duplicate purchases, and preparing for buy/sell/merger/acquisition transactions.
Julie and her husband Lance have been married since 1991 and have two grown sons. Lance has been with the post office since 1993 and when he retires he will be joining Julie in the family business.
TimeWise Inventory Services is bonded and insured, serving the State of Virginia and the northeast area of North Carolina.
